Image Dimensions
Image dimensions mean the pixel size of the image shown. This is really important when you are going to export image size. Many people are making a mistake by exporting too many dimensional images. Increases high resolution image file size (MB).
Thumbnail
I always use 16: 9 aspect ratio image for thumbnails. Here are 2 ideal sizes that most people use for their thumbnail image size.

1280x720p
Reduce file size for faster loading
Page loading speed of your blog is the most important in SEO. Faster page loading is better.

The smallest image size loading page of your website quickly.
How to reduce image size for fast loading?
After exporting your image, you need to reduce the file size to the original size. You need to reduce the size of the blog post to less than 100Kb. I use an online tool called Compressjpeg.Com to compress images. Believe that this site has magical power. If you upload a 1080p image with an 500Kb file size, this site compresses your image up to 90% without losing any image quality.
Image text
Alt text (alternative text) is a word or phrase that can be inserted into an HTML document to tell website visitors and search engine crawlers the nature or content of an image. You will find that we have to write a meta description of each article in 150 characters to tell the search engines about our content. Alt text seems to be the meta description for an image. Now the question is how to write the perfect alt text of the image? It’s very easy to write image alt text, all you have to do is specify what the image is and what type of image you are using.
Add image captions
Adding captions to images is really helpful between author and readers. By adding this image you have to explain what you want to say to the visitors. As you can see, I have added a caption to each image in this post.
